I had the privilege and honor of photographing an amazingly beautiful woman for not only boudoir, but maternity boudoir. I’d been intrigued by maternity boudoir in the past and was SO excited to have the opportunity to do a shoot like this. To think about how rare and special of an opportunity it is just blows my mind. Not only does the lovely lady being photographed have to want boudoir photography, but she has to also be growing another human being at the time (or in this case, 2!)! It blows my mind!
You heard that right, she’s having twins!
This opportunity was so special and unique that I wanted to share some of this session with you. She is so stunning!
We had so much fun at this shoot! Her comfort and confidence was my main concern, just as it is in every boudoir session. But this girl was up for anything! She rocked these 6 inch heels, picked out just for her by her hubby. In fact, the thank you note I got from her husband after delivering her photos brought me to tears. Below is a short snippet of his kind words. This is why I love what I do!!
"To have her describe herself as "radiant" and "beautiful" when she looks at them, at a time during pregnancy when it is hard for most women to see themselves as such, is the greatest gift of all. Now, I have a concrete and tangible way to describe to my wife how I see her and have her realize - through your lens - that this is what I see every time I look at her! Thank you for such an incredible gift."
